Our Development will be immediately south of "The Olde Cobourg Jail", which it will encompass, and rests in the most southerly part of the downtown Heritage District of the beautiful Town of Cobourg, a past winner of the Ontario Communities in Bloom.
The development will have a mix of mid rise condominiums and townhouses and is expected to contain around 60 residences in total. The Units will be on the North west side of the Harbour and will be luxuriously appointed as standard and constructed out of ICF Energy saving materials and using environmental friendly methods. Whilst not directly on the Water it will avoid the disadvantages associated therewith.

The Town of Cobourg is naturally very proud of the Heritage retained in this former "Empire Loyalist" settlement and the Town Hall, just steps away in Victoria Square, is a monument to the pride the town takes in itself.
The residences of "Heritage Harbour Condominiums" will be fully handicap accessible and feature every modern convenience. It will stretch from the West side of Third Street to the East side of Hibernia and be very exclusive.
